Since nobody is looking at the old post, I will repost it here and hope that someone will have solution for me.
I tried many things with newest versions with Firefox UX, Aurora and 6 and yet it freezes all the time when loading any page.

I tried this today, and it is working now: Click Firefox > Options > Options > Advanced ... then Uncheck the option "Use hardware acceleration when available"
@mha007:
None of that helped. I already ran FF in safe mode and updated all plugins, cleared network cache and all the things you mentioned and still even when loading this thread ff freezes before the page even starts loading for good 20 seconds or so.
Does the problem occurs when you are using Firefox in Safe Mode ??

Yes, it does occur, I've opened this thread in safe mode right now and it froze for like 30 seconds again. Here is the image of the freeze in safe mode opening this url: Image

Same thing. I disabled every single plugin manually and started in safe mode and it froze on "Connecting" spinning wheel (same as from screenshot) and unfroze after long time opening this thread.

No luck with that one. That was one of the first kb articles that I found when this problem started happening long time ago.
Create a New Profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.
-> Basic Troubleshooting: Make a New Profile
-> If that New Profile works then you can recover your Bookmarks and Passwords from the Old Profile.
-> Recovering important data from an old profile
Check and tell if its working.
Already tried making new profile - did not help. As I mentioned on the previous thread that I linked.

No luck. I even didn't backup Profiles folder yet and completely fresh Firefox 6 froze when I started it. Same thing of course when I returned the Profiles, but not that it matters, I can sync all the data back anyway. Here is the freeze from a completely fresh FF 6 install: Image
-> press CTRL + SHIFT + ESC keys to open Task Manager -> Processes tab -> right-click firefox.exe and click End Process Tree -> close Task Manager

Nothing changed. It was frozen for a bit longer now even. Here is the freeze.
Configuring Firewalls
-> Scan Hard Disk for Errors
-> Do a MALWARE check with these Malware Scanning programs. You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. Make sure that you UPDATE each program to get the latest version of their Databases before doing a Scan. Also Close All Web Browsers before Starting to Run Scans.

- Eset Smart Security 4 firefall fully configured to let Firefox communicate without any limitations allowing all traffic to FF. - Scanned with ESS 4 fully updated, and hard disk scanned for errors without any issues reported in the end. - Spybot S&D scan complete and no threats found, Immunization as well done once again.
Still, freezes occur.
I know it will take quite a bit of time but you also need to Scan using the other Security softwares mentioned in my previous reply because each program detects different Malware.
Make sure that you UPDATE each program to get the latest version of their Databases before doing a Scan. Close All Applications(softwares) before Starting to Run Scans.

I did run fully updated Spybot and ESS4. Now running Kaspersky Internet Security 2012 fully updated as well (uninstalled ESS, installed KiS just for this purpose), and nothing is found on the hard drive so far. Will update if anything is found in the end.
Thing is, I did all this before because I was troubleshooting myself for almost six months now.
Update on the matter: no threats found with KiS either.
