Why can't I use the Harley Davidson 1,7,1 theme

The Harley Davidson 1.7.1 theme I've installed will not run. If I go to the tool bar click 'tools' then click 'Add Ons" A box opens that lists default and Harley Davidson 1.7.1 and under the Harley Davidson it says "use theme" and "uninstall" with only uninstall highlighted. Clicking on Use theme has no effect.

Quit Firefox (File->Quit) and then start it again. The Harley theme should be active after that, and the appearance of Firefox would change.
