every once in a while i get something downloaded to my desktop that says it's a firefox document. the last one was MXvjrhPO. what is this?

what are these downloads i get to my desktop that show the firefox logo, give a file name, and when i check "properties", say it's a firefox document. i don't remember if the downloads always had the same name, but the last on i got was MXvjrhPO. what is this? how can i get rid of it? send answers via email rranger@frontier.com
