I purchased a new computer, and they were to transfer all my stuff from my old computer, but they told me that my bookmarks are in a file that they cannot open. I would like to be able to get to them. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You

You still have the old computer? This should help if you have it. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-where-firefox-stores-user-data
