Click inside the extension panel and zoom out by pressing Ctrl+- or holding down the Ctrl key while scrolling with the mousewheel so you can see the "Accept" button at the bottom.

You might need to reduce the display/text scaling in Windows to get more screen real estate to avoid this in the future.
