Hello,

recently i've bought a new microsoft surface studio laptop and i noticed that when i am watching something on youtube, netflix or any other platform the video (sound is ok) is freezing after 9-10 sec of watching. I checked my componetns, temperatures, but then i tried another browser - google chrome. It worked smoothly. I use firefox since 2013 and i love it, but now I am considering switching to a different browser, because something is wrong here and it's not a hardware problem but rather a software issue, which is obviously firefox here... I am open for any advices on how to fix this freezing problem and just to be clear: i really don't want to change my browser... i like it :(

Best Regards Micheal

I have the freezing issue and sometimes it last for 4 minutes or longer. I've also noticed that Firefox will freeze when there is an Edge process showing in the task manager even though I didn't open the browser. Reboot, look for the Edge process, kill it and see if Firefox still hangs.
