A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Thanks Fred - the problem presents itself after I've logged-in and look at "My Units", followed by "My Certificates". When I attempt to see the locations that are available, among others problems during this search, it only shows those locations selected for the current month, will not show locations for other months, and shows no locations outside the U.S. All of this is possible when using Goggle Chrome. I hope this sheds more light on the problems.

Thanks, but I cannot provide a link to the problem because it occurs within my personal Interval International account.
