I selected an image as my desktop background, and for some reason, doing this changed the background of Firefox's menu bar to yellow. How do I get it back?

go to menu and click customize and change the theme. it might be reading the "theme" of the OS and changing the colors appropriately. Similarly, you can right click the desktop and click personalize and ensure that the theme of the OS didn't get set to yellow or something similar.
