can not download addin : connection failure plugin.connective.eu

I am trying to install the plugin from plugin.connective.eu for the itsme application when I try : download now : message indicates : the plugin can not be downloaded because of connection failure. using firefox 67.0.2 on windows 10 seen many entries on internet xpinstall.enable to be set to true - did not change anything put connective.plugin.eu in exceptions : ok : no warning for install - but still error any idea how to resolve this problem best regards, Guy
