I cannot receive emails from a friend with a yahoo email address. I can send emails to him and he receives them but he can't send to me. We have been emailing back and forth for years and then one day it worked just fine & the next it didn't. He told me that he can't even send the emails. He gets a error message that it is spam. I use Thunderbird but I also can't receive them on my providers web mail. Nothing has changed on my end and I have checked over everything that I can. May be on his end. I believe he uses him Android phone. Any one have any ideas what may be the problem?

Thunderbird downloads or displays emails that actually make it into the inbox on your providers server. Since you state they are not even there this is not a Thunderbird problem. The sender needs to find out what is causing their mail to be classified as spam and correct that. They need to work with their provider to sort that out. Personally the issue is continuing to use Yahoo. They are the worst of the worst email providers..

I'll tell him to check things on his end. Thank you!
