Can I uninstall a developer app that was nefariously installed on my phone? Can I shut it down?

Someone has illegally installed an app on my phone as a developer with administrator privileges. I stumbled upon it by accident. I will include a crash report for your information. I have tried to shut down the application but I'm unsuccessful at it. I'm not really computer literate, especially when it comes to developer details. Can I remove or shut this application off?

This does not sound like an issue with Firefox for Andriod, but I will do my best to assist.

From your devices application drawer, long press on the application you wish to uninstall and drag it to the "remove" at the top of the screen. This should remove the application from your device.
