Addons manager appears broken. how to fix???

What is your computer system and Firefox?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).
Is the problem still there?
yes it's still there. my computer is an i5 laptop with windows 10 64bit. Firefox is the latest.

I assume you have some add-ons.

I've called for more help.
it appears broken too. I'll try upgrading my windows and keep you posted.
