Hi, This little popup comes up all the time quite annoyingly when I place the cursor over words. At times it covers up words that I cannot read. I was wondering if I could eliminate it somehow. The little pop up has a question mark, a camera, and a magnifier that opens up to a little lock open and closed with the words regular and incognito. I don't know what is for by the way, nor what is called. I tried to upload a screenshot of the thing but it seems I am not allowed to do it.

Last post, it seems that this add-on safe preview installed itself and was causing this mess. I disabled it and the pop ups were gone. Thanks for trying to help.

You may have ad / mal-ware.

Here is what I see. Finally I could post the picture. I ran Malawarebytes and found nothing at all. I believe is something Firefox provides that I wish to deselect. Thanks for ideas.

Ahh, that is a web site issue. Contact their support.

What happens when you put the mouse on top of the pics?

It just happened even when I hovered over the option to answer your message. It happens in any page when I need to choose something to click. When I move over the mag glass the other little pop up shows up and asks for regular or incognito. I have never seen this when I used Chrome. I think is a firefox thing. Does it happen to you? Thanks

Isn't this Mozilla support? It happens on its website too... I am confused now.

If that "camera" is generated from within Firefox, it might be from an add-on that you have installed. I have never seen anything like that myself.

Try disabling the following Plugins: Nagra Media Player Browser Plugin Widevine Media Optimizer 6.0.0.12757 Picasa plugin

And see which one of those may have added that "camera". If not one of those Plugins, what about installed Extensions? See Firefox Safe Mode about "troubleshooting problems in Safe Mode".

Hi, None of the Plugins you mentioned were active. I did not find the Nagra Media and I set the others to never activate. However it did not work. The little pop ups continue to show up. You saw the image I posted right? Very weird. So this thing never appeared for you?

I just found the solution, accidentally. It was Firefox!! I clicked on the little icon when it also showed a question mark (is it safe...) I am attaching the picture. I have no clue where this is. I looked in the preferences and did not find it. Do you know? thanks

Oh no, not really the little thing is back and I am as lost as ever... no clue what it is.
