Since upgrading my Windows 7 PC to Windows 10 Firefox has become really slow. I use Kaspersky Internet security and for each page displayed Firefox links to a site "ff.kis.scr.kaspersky-labs.com". It is now so slow, I have temporarily changed to MS Edge. Please advise how to remove these links

To disable this you will have to go into the Kaperskey settings:

  1. Open Kaspersky Internet Security 2015.
  2. In the lower left corner of the main application window, click Settings.

I do not see an extension in your troubleshooting information, but if there is you can disable this as well from the about:addons page.

Kaspersky forum has an interesting discussion of this: kaspersky javascript injection issue with Firefox - Kaspersky Lab Forum

You can use the YesScript extension to block scripts from loading from specific domains. The better known NoScript extension blocks everything by default, so that is a lifestyle choice. YesScript only blocks what you tell it to block, which might be more suited to your needs.

What do I do when I am in Kaspersky settings ?
