Can't use the website of ebookers.at (only that site) as Mozilla always says "no response"

I'm able to open the website of ebookers.at but when I click on the site Mozilla says "no response" right away. I've no problems with other sites only the above mentioned one and I've already tried several times. Mozilla always crashed. Is there any solution or do I have to use an other browser? If possible please explain it with words for a complete layman.

What exactly happens when you try to access that website? Is there an error message?

Are you able to browse other websites using Firefox?
