When firefox loads, I get a message that says that the roboform toolbar cannot be loaded - reinstall. However, the toolbar IS loaded. Also - perhaps unrelated - when I close Firefox, I get an error box that says Firefox crashed unexpectedly. However, it closed EXPECTEDLY, as that is that I expect it to do when I close it. I re-installed Firefox, and re-installed roboform, no changes in behavior. Running firefox in administrative privilege mode solves the closing-message problem, but then I have to give permission each time to OPEN firefox. Two of life's many mysteries. ;)

Make sure that the toolbar installed is not causing these crashes. It seems like it was added and the warning is coming up.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode will tell you if its an add on causing the crashes. If it happens in Safe mode as well, however please post the following information in a response:

  1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
  2. Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.

Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.

(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)
