How to fix narrow band along right side that appears to be a copy of the browser's right side, forcing me to click to the right of buttons to use them?
I haven't downloaded or done anything new, but today a narow band appeared along the right side of my window, and forces me to click to the right of any button or scrollbar I want to use. Sometimes this narrow band is white, but usually it appears like a second window, with another scrollbar visible, but unusable.

Unchecking "hardware acceleration" seems to have solved this. Thanks!
