I do transcription work on rev.com and can't use their media player with Firefox, though it works with Chrome so why might this be?

Basically I am doing transcriptions to make some money at rev.com. For some reason I can't use the site's media player so I have to use a separate one. It's slower and more difficult that way because I don't have hot keys. What I want to do is get the media player to work when I do transcriptions on rev.com. Their help desk suggested I switch to chrome, but that overloads my computer.

Hi JonPoz, If I may ask, what media player does this site use? If they use the default one installed in the browser it is possible to disable hardware acceleration of Flash. But it would be best to know which on they are using to better troubleshoot.
