Firefox crashes

Firefox is currently crashing everytime i try to open it. I have unistalled old version and than installed new version 33. Still crashes. I have recently added RAM to my machine and this started happening. Doesnt happen when i revert back to old RAM amount,

In the address bar, type about:crashes. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers, click it and select Submit.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} While you are in safe mode;

Type about:preferences<Enter> in the address bar

Select Advanced > General. Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration.

Poke around safe web sites. Are there any problems?

Then restart.

None with out a bp infornt and have already turned offhardware acceleration. firefox is now starting and will run for a bit but will ultimately crash. If you have any diagnostic programs, use them on the new memory. Also, did you install any needed programs for that memory?
