Firefox keeps crashing. May be a plugin or flash issue.

Firefox crashes from time to time. Its hard for me to troubleshoot this because I can't reason out why it is crashing. Usually happens when flash related things are concerned. Sometimes it also crashes in general. I already tried most of the suggestions online without any good results.
