When you say "will not load" what does that mean exactly? Websites show a spinning wheel and never finish loading? Do you see an error message? What were the solutions you tried?

Does it work if you try it in another browser such as Internet Explorer? If the problem only occurs in Firefox, then try going through the steps here:

tried all the troubleshooting help and looked at all the forums and still no luck. When i click on the wetopia game a white background loads and the word wetopia is written, thats as far as it goes. it works on IE.

I thought it was clear when i said "tried all the troubleshooting help and looked at all the forums and still no luck."

i cleared the cache, deleted cookies deleted and reinstalled the browser. ran many spyware and malware and antivirus programs that are all paid subscriptions.

wetopia will not load on firefox. I have the most updated version.

Did you reset Firefox?
