buttons(with a lock symbol) appeared on my Nav Toolbar will not remove by dragging
Button 1..Compare product prices and button 2..Compare travel rates were installed on my navigation toolbar and they will not drag off using customize. They have a small padlock symbol integrated in the design.How can i remove these buttons

Sorry, I just found a program called Shopper Reports which had been sneakily installed somehow and I removed it with Control panel..Add/remove.Buttons disappeared. Surely I can lock the toolbar to prevent this skullduggery
