Why don't I have the 'Firefox' button (Firefox 4) ?
Several of the 'buttons' mentioned for Firefox 4 do not appear, most notably the yellow firefox bottom supposed to be at top left.

Right click on Menu Bar and then uncheck Menu Bar option from the right click menu. You will see a orange Firefox Button in extreme left with tabs moving up.
In case you need the menu bar in future as sometimes it is required for some options, you can easily get it by press F10 key. It displays the menu temporarily.
