Can'tr read e-mail, delete, switch files at Hotmail: MSN says I need to optimize browser (firefox). How to?
My Hotmail e-mail start page opens but I can't read or delete e-mails, search e-mails, change folders. MSN says it is a problem with the browser & I must "optimize" Firefox. This started ( for many users) 12/30/10. How do I optimize Firefox?

- "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
- "Remove the Cookies" from sites that cause problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
