I keep getting this error when trying to donload firefox. Download request is dropped due to exceeding max decompress layer limit

If you use IE to download the Firefox installer then don't launch the program, but save the file to the desktop and start the program with a double click on that icon.

You may need to disable your anti-virus program during thwe download and installation of Firefox.
