Why won't Firefox work on Win7 anymore? I need it to work, and it foces me to choose pages twice, or just blocks further use on secure websites
Some web clicks insert the expected source, but I don't get the page requested until I highlight the source line in the header, and then hit enter. On my bank website, I can see the pages, but I cannot complete a transaction or multi-step process.

Keep in mind the older Firefox 115 ESR channel is based on the old Firefox 115.0 Release but with security/stability fixes since. Firefox 116.0 and later requires Windows 10, 11 to run.
Many websites may be made to work with newer versions of Firefox and not work so well with older versions.
