laptop to new laptop
Have asked this question before and last time it finally work, now nothing works
Have tried so many times to transfer from old laptop to new laptop, nothing works. Have watch the youtube videos and followed this. Can not get it to work.
and what does this mean three levels up to the AppData\Roaming folder
Just want the emails from the old to the new laptop Thank you

"Now nothing works". So it worked with Ed's instructions for over a month? Are these pop accounts?
Exactly what part(s) stopped working, or what errors are you getting? And why are you again copying from the old laptop?
As the new laptop was drop, and no longer working, had to use the from the old laptop data to put on a new laptop, have followed the information form Ed, just will not work. No, not using pop account. Thanks
