I want to link my Firefox Account between my iPhone X Device and my Dell Laptop. I need to know how to do that in detail.

Note: I tried opening the menu and clicking sync and save, but I couldn’t see it on the menu, the same thing happened when I looked, as advised, when looking for Ready to scan; I couldn’t see it on the menu !

Kindly explain what should I do in clear step by step detail, as pertaining to these two devices which I am trying to link.
