Do I have to change something in the settings? With "Chrome" I get into this page instantly, but Chrome is not the browser I want to use - Firevox is my standard browser. Can I get help, please?

It works for me after I disable Enhanced Tracking Protection from the shield icon in the address bar. You can also report the site is not working from there.
