How to get to support forum?
Posted a question, received email reply, but doesn't appear to be any way to access forum posts directly. Support area is very poorly organized, mostly just links to boilerplate articles. I've been doing support for SMF over 10 years and seen some bad installs, but nothing as awful as this.

You can find the questions you have asked here in the support forum at:
Hover over your user name at top right then move across the drop-down to "My Questions".

Look at top right of support.mozilla.org pages where you should see your name and icon. Hover over name and you should see View Profile and My Questions.
