Hi - I have just downloaded the latest version of Thunderbird, and have tried to install Phoenity Buttons from the Add ons list. It has downloaded to my laptops download folder, but Phoenity Buttons are not showing when I try to customise my toolbar. The default toolbar buttons are the only option available. Can anyone tell me how the get these icons installed please? Thanks in advance. Tony Brown

That addon was last updated in May, prior to the release of version 102. You may need to write to the author to see if version 102 is supported.

Ok, thanks for the information.

Phoenity Buttons 4.3 by Dillinger Works with Thunderbird 91.0 - 106.0

re : It has downloaded to my laptops download folder,

That does not mean you installed it. It means you downloaded an .xpi file to your computer. The link provided by christ1 will help you to then install it into Thunderbird. More specifically this section: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/installing-addon-thunderbird#w_a-slightly-less-ideal-case-install-from-a-downloaded-xpi-file

You have already downloaded the xpi file so you need the info from the line which starts: Open the Add-ons Manager tab in Thunderbird.

The image I'm posting below was an example of installing an addon called folderFlags. I had already located the addon on the website and clicked on Download, so now I had an xpi file in the 'Downloads' folder. Use the image as a guide on how to install the Phoenity Buttons xpi file.
