Hello, is it possible, perhaps in firefox installation files or what not, to remove "UserTesting" from these options? I've gotten rid of the program, but when I open something with it through firefox it creates new documents which I want to avoid. I would like to just remove it from the application menu... Thank you

Yes, can't find any singns of it even in hidden ProgramData. However when I open some test in firefox it offers to use that program and after doing that it makes new files in documents.

Maybe rename or remove the   "handlers.json"  file in your profile folder   -   see the section   "Resetting download actions for all content types"   in this article :

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/change-firefox-behavior-when-open-file

Any luck ?

Well it depends, It's not on the list thankfully, but for some reason there's still the option to open the test with the sw I shouldn't have. Anyway I guess I'll just ignore it, if noone has an idea.

If Firefox suggests this application as the default then this means that you have still selected this application as the default in Windows. You will have to remove this choice in Windows (i.e. cleanup the Windows Registry). You can search the registry for this application.

All changes that you make in the registry editor are applied instantly, there is no UNDO possible. You can export key(s) in the registry editor before making changes. If you're not comfortable with editing the Windows registry then best is to skip editing registry keys.

I tried CCcleaner, didn't help. So how do I delete this on register?
