Firefox 75 includes a popout address bar. Why?!? This is a useless addition. How do I disable this feature??

Thank you very much, @the-edmeister :) This all worked like a charm. I used the first link. Don't get me wrong, I love Firefox. It and occasionally Tor are the only browsers I use; it's just that some "innovations" are not really necessary for something that works as well as Firefox does.
