Firefox Preview can't download this file type (.pdf)
Firefox Preview 4.2.0 on Nokia 6.1 with Android 10 (March security updates)
I want to download a PDF file from a web site. Firefox Preview gives the little notification window, I tap Download. But then I get the error message: Firefox Preview can't download this file type. OK, I know Firefox Preview is not able to open pdf files, but why is downloading a file so difficult?

I switched to "normal" Firefox, and it works. Will use this workaround for nwo
I'm having a bit of trouble replicating this on my end. Is there a specific site that you're downloading the PDF from, or does this happen with all PDF files?
Yes, it's a specific site, the French Ministry of Interior affairs, where you can generate a PDF file as an attestation to leave your confinement (at home) for approved reasons.

I have now learned that the PDF is probably generated in the browser itself. Is it why Preview cannot do it?
I'm getting this issue as well on that site, its only 130KBs. I'm able to download these pdfs on Preview though: https://docs.sentryone.com/help/pdf-downloads. I wonder what the difference is.
