Using TB 60.9.0 on a mac w osx Mojave 10.14.6 . Trying to print monthly calendars to pdf, but cannot access File/Page Setup as it is greyed out. It appears fine when I select 'All Mail...' tab, but when I select 'Calendar', many options are in fact greyed out.

Those options are greyed out because they are not available. It is not a MAC thing, I'm on Windows 10 OS and same problem.

Example: Select 'Calendar' select to show 'Month' File > Print

This opens the 'Print preview' Layout: Select 'Monthly grid', there are other options. Choose whether you want to print Events or Tasks or both etc Select Current view or choose a selected date range click on 'Print'

At this point you can choose Properties and select paper size and whether you want portrait or landscape.
