Hi bra, According to the add-on install guides:

For Tree Style Tab:

  • "F1" key toggles the TST sidebar.
  • "Tree Style Tab" toolbar button also toggles the sidebar. If it's unnecessary, you can remove it from the toolbar.

For Sticky Notes: ・Display sticky list on Sidebar 　　・icon-menu -> "Sticky List" or Ctrl + Shift + S
