On the AARP Rewards for Good website my computer can't load any of the quizzes. All I get is a little red arrow going around and around in circles. I have explored the problem with AARP customer service, Mozilla support, and my daughter who is a computer lab specialist in an elementary school.

We have narrowed down the problem: It is not an AARP problem since they can get what I cannot using Internet Explorer. It is not a Google Chrome problem since I can get the quizzes on Google Chrome (likewise with Safari). It is not a Firefox general problem since my daughter can get the quizzes on Firefox.

What it IS, is a problem between FIREFOX and MY computer. If Firefox can't resolve it, it will be, "Goodbye, Firefox and Hello, Chrome."
