why Firefox (58) always runs as administrator in my windows 7 (64bit) & asks permission to change. Please note nothing has been selected in compatibility tab.
When I start Firefox it always runs as administrator (as I can see on desktop icon -by right clicking) & asks permission to change. I have one through some of the suggestion and have checked the compatibility tab.

That means your using the limited account and not the owner/Admin account that is why that popup permission alerts you. Does the owner/admin have password protection?
