All my folders of saved emails have disappeared!! This is a disaster! PLEASE help me!!
I still have my contacts and am receiving messages, although I cannot send. All of my folders are missing except inbox and trash, but the trash is empty. I’m also receiving a message that connecting to my server is impossible. I use a cox account which has before today, connected easily to Thunderbird.

Q: Are you looking at a view which includes all of your folders? Check: 'Menu icon' > 'Folders' > select 'All' Confirm this is selected.
If imap mail account: Q: Can you see emails on server webmail account via a browser? Q: Have you subscribed to see folders? Right click on mail account in Folder Pane and select 'Subscribe' Check folders are selected and click on 'Subscribe' click on 'OK'
Q: How many mail accounts do you have in Thunderbird?
Please post info: In Thunderbird 'Help' > 'Troubleshooting Information' click on 'Copy text to clipboard' button In this forum question, right click in a 'Post a Reply' text box and select 'Paste'. You can edit/remove all info on fonts and printers but nothing else.

If you are talking about POP account: click on 'Mail' folder
If you are talking about IMAP account: click on 'ImapMail' folder

Q: When you try to send, what happens ? Do you get any error messages, if yes, what is the exact error message word for word.
