Could someone tell me the default font settings for email for both sending and receiving?
My font size has randomly changed for both incoming and outgoing emails. I want to put it back to what it was but do not know what the default settings should be.

The default for composition is "variable width", "medium".
Tools|Options|Composition→General
I'm not sure if there is a default for display, as this is very dependent on the hardware, its configuration and the preferences of the user.
I use templates to set default fonts and sizes, accessed via the Stationery add-on.
My display sizes here are 12 (pixels) but that's very dependent on screen size, dpi, resolution etc.
