Unless you keep a back up and even then does not keep full history your out of luck. Since it inside something (Profile) I do not think there is much chance but you could try this : https://www.piriform.com/recuva

If you haven't closed or re-started Firefox, in the Library window with History showing - open Organize and try using the Undo menu item.

But after Firefox has been closed that won't work.
