No connection to my printer

Other thing if was a plug and play for Win10 is ok. But if used a cd to install drivers then please go to the companies website and lookup make/model as there will be newer drivers than what was on the cd when you installed it. There is also sometimes Firmware depending on the printer that you would have to run to flash the printer.
