Why does Firefox keep shutting down? I can't play games or read articles or anything without it shutting down numerous times and it never comes back to where it was. it is extremely annoying.

How often does it happen? What were you doing at the time?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
