I posted a question, and I received a reply by email (Thunderbird) and this was a no-reply email. I would like to post a reply to the person who tried to answer my question, since their reply did not solve or help in solving the problem. Here's a link to your earlier question where you can review and reply. I recommend always reviewing the replies online in case the poster added new or corrected information compared with what you received by email.
