Hi, My company has internet rules by content spam, So we cant update Firefox without whitelist, I want to know Firefox update URL,let me add Firefox update URL to my content spam whitelist. Thank you.

or you can use just Mozilla.org
Firefox normally downloads an update from http://download.mozilla.org/

You can use the Live Http Headers extension to find the update URL and open the link for inspection
Open "Help > About" to force an update check.
