Remove or Hide context menu item "Add More Items..."

I'm trying to edit UserChrome.css to remove or hide the context menu item "Add More Items..." that you find under the sidebar menu.

Here's the menu item.
Firefox doesn't come with this item, so it must be added by an extension.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
- Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window
