down arrow keys not working for one line on laptop
the one line down arrow keys do not work. how do i fix? down arrow equals page end and up arrow equals page top. am using win 7 on acer laptop. version of firefox is unknown

You may have switched on caret browsing.
You can toggle caret browsing on/off by pressing F7 (Mac: fn + F7).
- Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Accessibility: [ ] "Always use the cursor keys to navigate within pages"
Note that this is an accessibility feature of Firefox.
