My Mac last night lost thunderbird (and numerous others things) and it's setting itself up again. I get an error that smpt already exists and I can't go any further! What's going on? Using Comcast Mail.

I am encountering a message of "The installation seems to be incomplete. Please check your hardware and disk setup and/or re-install." when trying to run Thunderbird.

This first occurred on a system that had been working for a while. An update may have been installed.

Here's what I've tried. -

Uninstall Thunderbird (along with Firefox and Mozilla Maintenance.) Checked for Program Files/Mozilla folder (all were removed). Run SFC / Scannow Run CHKDSK Installed pending Windows update. Restarted the System Renamed (essentially removed) Profiles folder Turned antivirus software off Downloaded and installed the latest version of Firefox, then Thunderbird. Launched Thunderbird. Still received the same error..

Any ideas on how to resolve the issue?

I am trying to evaluate your product, but i cannot load the program. it appears that this product does not have technical support. If the only technical support is from a forum or community, i will look at other products. i do not know the version since i cannot load it

I installed thunderbird for Windows on PC all was good till it went looking for a outgoing server a red box popped up and said outgoing server is already installed . That ended the install.

On https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/all/ if one were to select "Need a specific installer?" for any locale and any release channel and select "Linux" with "32-bit (binary)", then selecting "Download" means you get taken to a variety of "404 page not found" pages.

I do not need a Linux 32-bit release and I am not sure one still exists, but just wanted to report this error on the webpage.

Whenever I use Thunderbird (TB) I get the following error message:Thunderbird is damaged and can't be reopened." This file was downloaded on an unknown date. What is the problem and how can I get rid of the error message.

due to a computer malfuction i tried to install thunderbird on a new computer a user name and password is required,followed the procedure but no instructions arrived at [redacted]@hotmail.com your advice will be appreciated thks

Before I install the Thunderbird mail app, I want to setup a new directory for it to install

Please let me know if it is safe to remove the older version of Thunderbird in the Installed Apps list. I also question whether the size of the app in the list is accurate; 250 GB seems quite enormous in a 500 GB hard drive. Thanks, Hans

Hello; I have been using Mozilla Thunderbird for many years on my PC and was wondering if I can start using my account on my Ipad or Iphone as yet?
