You people told me to give a second email to back up and you will not let me you people just like Google want to control everything

I can't access one of my Gmail accounts. I have tried everything I can think of for the past 2 weeks. All because I have lost my device and also had to change my phone number and email addresses. I noticed today that the recovery email is a Firefox Relay emails. Is it possible to redirected to my new email address?
