I have never used autofill for credit cards but two cards (frequently used) showed up in Saved Cards in Settings and I deleted them. My current issue is that I went to a website I have never been to before to buy a ticket and my new credit card's data autofilled! Where is that being saved and how do I delete it?

Instructions from Firefox on my Macbook are: go to Menu (on iPad) and tap Sync & Save data. Then scan QR code below.

I tried to do this, but no Sync option appears on my iPad menu. Is it hidden under another option I do have? I tried choosing 'Settings' but it wasn't there. All the other menu options don't seem relevant - 'Find in Page', for example, or Copy, Share, etc. (I chose the menu at top right of screen, as shown on my Firefox page instructions from the Macbook). Can't see any other Menu icons on the iPad Firefox page. Any advice on how to locate 'Sync and Save' on my Firefox app homepage would be gratefully received! Thank you.

In the current version of Firefox on my iPad, running the latest version of iOS, the “Reading List” option no longer appears on my menu. How to I make it reappear?

I used to browse on Firefox on my iPhone, and when I wanted to delve into a tiny page I would send it to my computer's Firefox. That capability seems to have gone away. Is there still a way to do that? I have tried turning Desktop Site on but that doesn't seem to do anything. Help!

Hello, the recent update which changed the positions of the “tabs” and meatball menus, as well as eliminating the homepage button, has made navigating the browser features much less intuitive. The now seeming lack of the option to return to my homepage from an open tab is quite frustrating.

This isn’t a bug or anything, just one long-time user’s experience and opinion. Thank you for your time!

IOS on IPad. Every click opens content in a new tab rather then the current tab. If I close the app and reopen I might get a few minutes of normal click behavior where clicking content opens in in the same tab, then it goes back to opening new tabs.

I have already done the below troubleshooting: Open Firefox: on your iOS device. Tap: the three-lines menu button (the "3-bar" menu) on the right side of the address bar. Scroll down: and tap Settings. Tap: Homepage. Under Opening Screen, select Last Tab.

For several years I have been playing competitively a game app on Firefox focus. A week or so ago, it was no longer on Firefox Focus. Even when I enter the name of the game app in Firefox focus, it bounces me back to Google which is loaded with ads.

Just by experimenting I was able to recover the app for a few days and yet it has again disappeared. Why is this happening? What can I do to stop this from happening?

I just noticed that the last time I reported this issue I included two screenshots which are still below. They may not help in anyway, but I decided to include them just so it can be seen but I decided to include them the first time to show what that happened. As I said, somehow I was able to recover it the game back on Firefox focus and yet it is now doing the same thing as shown below. Please help. Firefox focus can’t be beat when it comes to game apps. (I have more than one on there but haven’t played them in a couple years).

I have relied on Lo Wise for years have all of my passwords scored on it however, as of late my account says there is no passwords for my account even though everything is synced from computer and phone and Firefox and is up-to-date please help

Using Firefox on iPad (IOS 18.6.2), When working on a any website that have PDF files to view, When trying to open a document, the viewer only shows a black screen with code lines on it. Need assistance to know how to clear the browser settings to restore the viewer.

Since a recent update to iOS, my Firefox app no longer shows a "Home" icon at the bottom of the page. As a result, it is extremely difficult to go back to my home page. I've tried every possible way I can think of in Settings to restore the Home icon. This is VERY frustrating and causes a huge waste of time. Does anyone have a solution. If I can't resolve this, I'm going to be forced to switch to Safari.

After the recent "upgrade," the share menu is gone.

A developer response in the App Store comments said it should be in the hamburger menu.

We use the firefox for ios browser accross our organisation to access a web app. i have notived from the latest version that the downloads process appears to have changed, previously the download would trigger to a new tab whereas now it triggers a download button and then a downloads window where you need to press on the download to open, i can understand the change but it would be good to have the ability to switch it so that downloads can either follow this new process or open in a new tab depending on the users requirements.

I am using Firefox on iPhone (together with DuckDuckGo as my preferred search engine) and I want to configure it in the most secure and reliable way, without running into blocked pages or limited results.

Here’s what I would like step-by-step help with: 1. HTTPS-Only Mode – how to enable this permanently so all sites load securely. 2. Tracking Protection – which level is best for privacy without breaking websites (Standard vs Strict). 3. DuckDuckGo Setup – how to make it my default search engine in Firefox iOS. 4. SafeSearch – how to set it to the best option (Strict, Moderate, or Off) depending on my preference. 5. General Security – any other recommended settings (cookies, history, etc.) to improve private browsing.

My goals are: • Reliable browsing without “HTTP not allowed” errors. • Strong privacy protection. • Smooth experience without unnecessary restrictions.

Can we look at adding the ability to customise the bottum menu bar in firefox for ios.

previous the middle button use to be home but now has changed to search, it would be good to be able to customise at least the middle button depending on the functionilty required.

I’m experiencing an issue with precise location services while using Mozilla. • My phone’s operating system and all apps are up to date. • Precise location is enabled both in my phone settings and in the Mozilla app. • I’ve already tried restarting my phone and resetting location permissions.

Despite these steps, Mozilla does not seem to detect or use my precise location properly.

Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue, or let me know if there are any additional troubleshooting steps I should take?
